2011 Chevrolet Malibu: Award-Winning Malibu Grows Chevrolet’s Midsize Passenger Car Presence

Middle East – Since its introduction in 2009, the Chevrolet Malibu has earned praise from consumers and industry experts. Praise that has seen the brand go from strength-to-strength. Malibu was recently named a Best Buy by Consumers Digest for the second year in a row, and a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety for 2010. That’s on top of 2008 North American Car of the Year honors by automotive journalists, and more than 40 other awards since the car’s introduction.

For 2011, the Malibu is equipped with a standard, four-cylinder 2.4L Ecotec engine is available. Internally a new Bose premium sound system is now standard on the Malibu LTZ with an electric plug on the rear console for rear passengers.
